Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VaultCall, operated by Cali Ballin LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a company based in the United States. By accessing or using VaultCall, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important: VaultCall is a call recording tool. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording in your jurisdiction. Many locations require the consent of all parties before recording a call.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VaultCall, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

VaultCall provides phone call recording, voice changing, AI transcription, and cloud storage features through a web-based application. Features vary based on your subscription plan (Free, Pro, or Vault Max).

VaultCall offers the following plans:

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All payments are in USD. Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then.

We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact [email protected].

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all call recordings and transcripts you create using VaultCall. By storing content in our cloud, you grant Cali Ballin LLC a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your recordings and will not share them with third parties except as required to provide the Service or comply with law.

VaultCall is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recordings will be preserved without loss. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cali Ballin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VaultCall, including loss of recordings, data, or revenue. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cali Ballin LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of VaultCall, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law — including laws relating to call recording consent.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use VaultCall ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of VaultCall after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
