3. Call Recording and Consent

VaultCall is a call recording tool. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to record any call in your jurisdiction. Laws regarding call recording vary by location — many US states and countries require all parties to consent before a call is recorded.

We strongly recommend enabling the consent notification feature in the App, which notifies the other party that the call is being recorded. VaultCall and Cali Ballin LLC are not liable for any unlawful recording you make using the App.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. Free plan recordings are stored locally on your device. Pro and Max plan recordings are stored in encrypted cloud storage.

We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We use Cloudflare for infrastructure, which provides DDoS protection and encryption in transit.

Despite our security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, your cloud recordings will be deleted within 30 days. Local recordings remain on your device until you delete them.

8. Children's Privacy

VaultCall is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
